“Hi, thank you for calling SpectraCom, my name is Rubin, can I have your ten-digit phone number please?”
“I need to talk to Robert, and to Robert’s supervisor right now.”
“Robert, sir? I’m afraid I can’t get you to a specific person, but I’m sure I can handle your concern.”
“My name is Vincent Calhoun, my number is 716 555 2029. I was just talking to Robert, and he called me stupid and then hung up on me. I want to talk to his supervisor right away.”
“Well sir, clearly, that is unacceptable behavior, did you get this person’s identification number?”
“No, I didn’t.”
“Well sir, it will be very difficult to track down this Robert, as he didn’t note the account.”
“He told me he wasn’t going to.”
“We do have four calling centers nationwide. He could have been at any one of them, but let me get you to a supervisor to take your complaint.”
