“What the hell is with this letter?”
“Excuse me, Sir?”
“Why did you send me a ‘Cancellation Warning’?”
“Because your account is past due.”
“So?”
“...So... we... expect your bill... to be paid by its due date each month. Yours was not. That caused a cancellation warning to be generated. If you wish to avoid that activity, we are going to need to receive payment on time each month.”
“Do you ever not get your money?”
“That’s not the issue, Sir. Your bill was late.”
“So?”
“So we want it on time. It’s a simple concept here.”
“Well, I only pay my bills every other month. If you want to keep me as a customer, you’re going to need to get used to that.”
