"Dear Sirs!" by Dr. John Sulich Jr.

After missing a week, I would like to present a special edition of "Dear Sirs!" This letter was written on the 18th birthday of Dr. Sulich's grandson, Matthew, and a day before the first anniversary of the death of Dr. Sulich's wife, Ruth. No response was ever received.
