“Mr. Stiles, if you read the letters we sent you, you would know that we put this in to be suspended as of Monday. It actually takes about four business days to disconnect, twice as long as it takes to turn it on, if not more.
“It was on an hour ago.”
“Like I previously stated, our system has been in the process of turning it off for four days now. The operation just finished.”
“I want it turned on just as fast!”
“Again, as I previously stated, it takes two days to restore.”
