    “Mrs. Clarkson, I’m sorry if your Customer Service department mis-transferred you here, but cancelling accounts is something they handle, not Financial Services. I need to transfer you back.”

    “I just don’t want to go through the rigor mortis of all of it again.”

    “You don’t want to go through the what?”

    “I don’t want to go through all the rigor mortis of explaining it all again.”

    “I’m sorry, I have a bad line. What was it that you said?”

    “I don’t want to go through all that rigor mortis with them.”

    “Mrs. Clarkson, if you are experiencing rigor mortis, you have issues that SpectraCom is unable to handle at this time.”
