Episode 2
SARAH
Excuse me?
DWAYNE
This Sunday, April Twentieth, is Hitler’s birthday. It’s a BIG deal and they ordered us to throw a party.
SARAH
They?
TERRY
Our chapter of the Nazi Party. They want us to make the hall look. . . oh, crap, Dwayne, what was that word again?
DWAYNE
Festive.
TERRY
So for starters . . . [TERRY peers at SARAH’S nametag] Sarah, we thought to get some red and black streamers—
DWAYNE
Official Nazi colors . . . .
TERRY
And some red balloons stamped with swastikas, in black. Can you help with that?
SARAH
...We can help with . . . some of those things.
DWAYNE
Show her the list, Terry.
TERRY
[From his pocket, TERRY pulls out a piece of notebook paper, folded into a small square, and hands it to SARAH]
We made this list, see . . . .
SARAH
Let’s take a look . . . Red and black paper plates, red and black plastic cups, red and black plastic utensils; the aforementioned steamers and balloons . . . a banner that says Happy Birthday Mein Fuhrer—
DWAYNE
[Interrupting]
And in smaller letters, at the bottom, And Many Happy Returns!
