Episode 15
The Cthulhu Dagger hovered before Sita Moon, spinning lazily, staying between her and whichever Green stepped closer. The bigger warrior equipped a greatsword that roiled and sputtered with black fog. Deadly magick for sure. The wizard's staff crackled with energy. The other warrior nocked a bow.
“She got any magick?” said a disembodied voice, but the words were alien to Sita Moon. She faced them all in turn, the Cthulhu Dagger lazily floating with her. “What’s this chick’s deal? Why is she naked?”
“That’s a Cthulhu Dagger,” said a voice. “I haven’t seen one of them since Fantasy Quest 3.” The big warrior stepped forward, brandishing his arcane weapon. “It can kill anything in one hit. I want it.”
The warrior chopped overhand, but his attack was deflected by the spinning Cthulhu Dagger. The second warrior drew a bow, backing off to aim. Sita Moon dodged the attacks of the big warrior, and the Cthulhu Dagger deflected the magick blasts from the wizard. The smaller warrior released, and the arrow knocked Sita Moon forward into the leader’s sword. She fell face first into the mud and rolled on her back to defend. The warrior was too fast, chopping down and burying his Great Sword in her chest, ending the life of the world's newest organism.
